The ISA is proud to announce a new opportunity for students!
 The ISA Student Association!
Each year a Student Forum is held in conjunction with the ISA Annual Meeting.  New this year, students have the opportunity to become a student representative of the ISA Student Association.  Student representative candidates will provide an election statement to the students in attendance and give a brief speech why they should be chosen as an ISA Student Representative.  Students in attendance will elect 4 representatives who will work together with the ISA Board Liaison to plan the 2019 ISA Student Association Forum.

In addition, students in attendance will have the opportunity to:
  • Attend educational sessions dedicated to ST students
  • Attend educational sessions presented by surgeons
  • Network with and meet CST's from all over the state as well as fellow students
  • Learn more about certification and the NBSTSA

Detailed information about becoming a student representative can be found in the ISASA Student Manual, by contacting a Surgical Technology Program Director, or by contacting the ISA Board Liaison, Stacie Chaney.
